Before you attempt to evict your tenant, make sure you are following the law. Fortunately, we provide affordable attorney services to assist you in properly evicting your tenant. No matter where your commercial or residential property is located in Florida, we are here to help. When the foreclosure bill (House Bill 87) went into effect back in June 7, 2013, the main goal was to speed up the Florida foreclosure process. Ultimately, House Bill 87 changed foreclosure law to both the benefit and detriment of homeowners. Specifically, the law expanded Florida's expedited (fast-track) foreclosure process. It made recovering a home after foreclosure impossible in certain circumstances. It now requires the lender to produce evidence of the promissory note with its complaint. The new bill also limited deficiency judgments. Call us today to speak with an experienced Real Estate Florida lawyer.
